Abstracts

 

The Organizing Committee requests that each speaker, except plenary lecturers, can deliver no more than one presentation during the Conference. Attendees willing to present their work are asked to write an up to two abstracts, which will be printed in the conference book of abstracts. The abstract should outline the topic of the presentation, the main developments and results. The deadline for the submission is given in the important dates section. The deadline has been extended to April 14, 2015.

The guidelines for writing the abstract are listed below:

  • the only format accepted is .pdf;
  • the abstract must be generated using our Latex or Word templates, which can be downloaded below;
  • the content of the abstract, including references, must not exceed two pages;
  • the size of the .pdf should not exceed 2MB.

When submitting a contribution, Authors may indicate its preferred allocation into one of the available Minisymposia.
