Registration, submission and payment > Registration instructions

Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the conference topics. Both registration and submission of abstracts should be electronic through the conference website. 

Registration does not oblige authors to pay any fees until their contribution is accepted. 

To be registered as a participant for the conference, please do the following:

  • If you are not registered:

    1. go to the "Conference registration" page of the website. You need to enter your personal information in the form, choose your own login and password and save it;
    2. then you will be able to complete the information regarding your contribution and send it (as if it were an attachment to an e-mail) on the "Submission of contributions" page of the website. If you don't know your Session topic, just omit that information. Only .pdf files can be loaded;
    3. to complete your registration as a participant and pay the conference fees, you need to provide your registration information on a separate website by clicking on the "Conference Payment" page. Once you provide your personal information, you will be able to choose the payment method in your registration form and follow the instructions for each method of payment.

At least one of the authors must pay the conference fees during the Early registration period in order for their paper remain on the final program of the conference.

  • If you are registered, for abstract submission please do the following:
    1. Log to the conference website using your login and password;
    2. Proceed as indicated in the above points 2 and 3.

 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Registration can be done by using the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM (REGISTER HERE).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION will be sent exclusively by e-mail along

The INVOICE related to the payment will be sent after the payment is done.

STUDENT REGISTRATION will be accepted only if a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is sent through the on line form or by e-mail to convegni@unife.it or faxed to +39 0532 767347 (Attn: Ufficio Convegni) at the time of the registration.

 

REGISTRATION TYPE AND FEES

EARLY REGISTRATION: from FEBRUARY 1st to JUNE 30th, 2015

  • Regular: € 550 (taxes 22%VAT included - lunches and gala dinner included)
  • Student: € 320 (taxes 22%VAT included - lunches and gala dinner excluded)
  • Student with lunches: € 370 (taxes 22%VAT included- gala dinner excluded)
  • Student with lunches and gala dinner: € 455 (taxes 22%VAT included)
  • Accompanying person: € 130 (taxes 22%VAT included - lunches and gala dinner included)

 LATE REGISTRATION: from JULY 1st to August 31th, 2015

  • Regular: € 650 (taxes 22%VAT included - gala dinner included)
  • Student: € 400 (taxes 22%VAT included - lunches and gala dinner excluded)
  • Student with lunches: € 450 (taxes 22%VAT included - gala dinner excluded)
  • Student with lunches and gala dinner: € 535 (taxes 22%VAT included)
  • Accompanying person: € 130 (taxes 22%VAT included - lunches and gala dinner included)

 The REGULAR and the STUDENT fees include:

  • Participation to the scientific sessions
  • Conference kit
  • Pen drive with proceedings of the conference
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks 
  • Lunches included in the regular fee and in the student fee with lunches 
  • Gala dinner included in the regular fee and in the student fee with lunches and gala dinner 

 The ACCOMPANYING PERSON fee includes:

  • Lunches
  • Gala dinner

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The deadline for registration is August 31th, 2015. Registrations and payments will not be accepted during the Conference.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it) or by fax (+39 0532 767347).

Registration fee will be refunded as follows:

Before JULY 31th, 2015 - 80%

After JULY 31th, 2015 - no refund will be made

Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.

No shows will not receive the refund.

The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.

 

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS

Payment of the registration fees must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.

Once filled the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM in the THANK YOU PAGE pleaese click on the FEE choosen and you will redirect in a security site for payments. Follow the instruction for the on line payment.
